Shipping, Returns, and Exchange Policies

Standard Shipping (Australia & New Zealand):

Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately five to seven business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

RUMI MAN offers free standard shipping on all orders to Australia & New Zealand. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. If you choose to ship standard ground and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive free shipping on all shipping destinations. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Express Shipping:

Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately three to five business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

RUMI MAN offers free express shipping on all orders to Australia & New Zealand at a fixed price of 12.40 AUD. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

International Shipping:

Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately seven to ten business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). RUMI MAN ships to almost any country in the world at a fixed rate of 19.99 AUD.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the RUMI MAN online store. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.

You may return merchandise by selecting any shipping carrier; however, RUMI MAN will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from Australia or outside Australia. If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact the RUMI MAN Customer Service Center immediately by emailing info@rumiman.com.au.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise.
